Prof. Preksedis Marco Ndomba and Dr. Lugano Wilson Mwansule, the Executive Directors of NTWAM Water and Environment Initiative and ENV Services Limited, respectively, signing a collaborative Agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) in the major fields of environmental management and conservation; skills development; and technology.
